Greg is an automobile enthusiasts that has been building “Hot Rods” for over 40 years.  What was once started out as working part time for other “Junk Yards”, working in speed shops and collecting cars on small private endeavors turned into something a little more larger.  Because of his love for the restoration, preservation and custom building of automobiles, in 1992 Winfield Salvage Company, LLC was born.  It has been an interesting journey, but what a ride!  Greg is very knowledge able in the antique, classic and hot rod cars.  Greg is known for his quick wit (which usually gets him into trouble), expressive storytelling and his determination.   Greg can usually be found around the office or garage (usually on the phone) taking care of the day to day operation of the business.

Joyce Winfield, Office Manager

Greg and Joyce have been married since 1983.  She is a loving and devoted wife and mother.  Joyce can usually be found behind her computer working on an array of paperwork, book keeping, titles, sales tax or any number of latest the business regulations and requirements for the day to day operation of the family business.  She is usually very kind and courteous, however, if her computer is not working properly, back away slowly and ask for someone else to assist you.

Rodney Hull – Dismantler and Driver

Rodney has been part of the business for many years. Rodney can usually be found in the yard dismantling cars or in the rollback picking up cars. Or… Having a lively discussion with Greg on which cars we need to keep and which ones we need to get rid of. I have to admit, we are running out of space and I especially would like the ones out of my front yard.

Georgia Hull – Office & Shipping Associate

Georgia is the oldest daughter of Greg & Joyce Winfield.  She has grown up in the family business.  She is very knowledgeable in the day to day operation of the family business.  Georgia can usually be found behind her desk answering the phone and taking care of our customers.  Georgia is very friendly, courteous and she strives to make or customers feel like an extended part of our family.  She is considered the “Black Sheep” of the family as she loves the Ford brand of automobiles and the rest of the family are devoted Chevrolet fans.  This makes for some lively and heated debates over which vehicle has the best performance, reliability and is aesthetically pleasing.  However, in recent months she has been converting to Dodge.  This is an interesting turn of events and may prove to be entertaining in future debates.

Nick Winfield – Parts

Nick is the middle son of Greg & Joyce Winfield.  He has grown up in the family business.  Nick is very knowledgeable in the day to day operation of the family business.  Nick can usually be found in the yard pulling parts and assisting customers.  Nick is very friendly, kind and courteous and always has a smile on his face.  Nick’s specialty is stereo systems.  Nick is a Honda guru and if you have a questions about Hondas, he has answers. Shhh…. Don’t let him know I told you that. Nick likes to monster morph the vehicles that he is driving with parts from other make, model and year vehicles.  It always interesting to see what he is going to do next…

Moriah Winfield – Office & Inventory

Nick & Moriah have been married since 2015. Moriah is fairly new to the family business, but she has become an integral part of our business. Moriah can be found answering the phone, taking care of customers, inventorying cars, keeping up on DEP & OSHA Compliances or helping in any way she can. She arrives each day with a smile and is a true joy and blessing to work with.   

Mandy Winfield – Assistant

Mandy is our yard photographer and Joyce's Personal Assistant. Mandy is the youngest daughter of Greg & Joyce Winfield.  Mandy is shy and you probably won’t see her too often, but if you do see her, you will know it is her by the masses of cats following her.  Mandy is known around our home as the “Cat Whisperer”.  Mandy is a beautiful, kind and loving daughter that takes care of her family and the family home.  Her primary responsibility is to take care of her mom’s needs.      

Matt is the youngest son of Greg & Joyce Winfield. Matt has grown up in the business and is learning about the day to day operation. Matt works on Saturdays, as he has other business obligations throughout the week. Matt can usually be found in the yard pulling parts and assisting customers. Matt is friendly, kind, courteous and eager to assist in any way he can. It is his mother’s desire that he join the business full time…. Hint.

Ashton is our granddaughter. Ashton is a brilliant and upcoming author, who loves her grandparents so much that she is willing to take a break from her writing to give office support when needed. She can be found in the office, answering the phone or taking care of customers. She is a true blessing and joy to our family and our business.

Jesse is our grandson. Jesse is an amazing young man who has chosen to work in the family business. Jesse has grown up helping his grandfather in the family business and recently chose to work here full time. Jesse reminds me of an Indiana Jones of the Junk Yard. Fighting the forces of nature, battling mosquitoes, evading boobytraps and fighting cobwebs to get that valuable treasure (car part). He arrives each day with a smile on his face and helpfulness in his heart.
